Our understanding, appreciation, and peace deepen every year as we re-visit and re-practice the wise suggestions and experience the release from mental bondage these lessons represent. We can make this year different by making it all the same … in our minds through forgiving ourselves for what never happened in the eternal Truth of our Undifferentiated Oneness.

We just need to look at all the meaningless fragments we’ve made up in our surreal dream of seemingly separate interests and seemingly separate people living seemingly separate lives in seemingly separate worlds. The purpose of the Course is:
We need all the specifics of our surreal nightmarish projected world as reminders to ask for help from our Inner Kindness Teacher (a.k.a. Holy Spirit) to see that we can have – an happily, inevitably will have – an experience of undoing the unconscious, unfounded guilt for believing (in our insane dreams) that we pushed our Shared Indivisible Self over the wall of divisiveness, differentiation, and destruction.
We reference Workbook Lesson 5: I am never upset for the reason I think. – which is a perfect companion in our 3-step “3 R’s” forgiveness process to Lesson 34: I could see peace instead of this. We apply the Course’s quantum forgiveness to our everyday lives and this reinforces both our peaceful mental state in each moment we choose ACIM’s curriculum of letting go of fear, and this helps us redouble our resolve to accept the willingness and responsibility for watching our minds with Holy Spirit – which means we watch our thoughts without condemnation.
Remembering Jerry Jampolsky
We also touched on the passing of our dear friend Jerry Jampolsky. Like many others, one of my (Bruce Rawles’) first introductions to ACIM in the late 1970s was Jerry Jampolsky’s classic book “Love is Letting Go of Fear“.
